Common issues include pneumatic system failures, saw blade wear, cutting angle deviations, positioning errors, abnormal sounds, and unexpected machine stops.

Inaccurate Cutting Angles (45°/90°)

Causes: Loose limit stops, insufficient cylinder pressure, magnetic scale/encoder drift.Fix:
Power off, check limit stop screws.
Adjust stops if error exceeds ±15′.
Tighten and test cut.

Saw Blade Wear or Chipped Teeth

Causes: Excessive feed rate, improper cutting fluid, material hardness, mismatched blade.Fix:

Ensure proper cutting fluid atomization.

Use dedicated carbide blade (D=500mm).

Keep spindle speed at 3200 r/min.

Abnormal Noise & Vibration

Causes: Poor lubrication, worn guides/ball screws, damaged bearings, unbalanced blade.Fix:

Lubricate guides with lithium grease per shift.

Check clamping stability.
