Thermal Break Profile Knurling Machines for Aluminum Profiles
Thermal break profile knurling is used to prepare aluminum profile grooves before the polyamide strip is installed. The knurling wheels create a toothed surface inside the grooves, giving the strip a better mechanical grip after assembly.
MAKERL supplies CNC knurling machines in 5-axis, 6-axis, and 10-axis configurations. Depending on the profile and production setup, the machine can be used for knurling only or combined with polyamide strip insertion in the same operation.
The machines are suitable for thermal break profiles used in aluminum windows and doors, curtain walls, and other building systems. Different machine configurations can be selected according to profile dimensions, groove design, strip specifications, and production requirements.
