Product Introduction
1. The machine features independent upper and lower knurling units.
2. After A-side knurling and strip insertion, no manual profile flipping is required.
3. Profiles are automatically transferred to the lower knurling station for accurate positioning and B-side processing.
4. The complete production line requires only 2–3 operators.
5. Operators load aluminum profiles onto the feeding section for A-side and B-side processing.
6. After the transfer mechanism moves profiles to the knurling rack, powered rollers automatically feed them into the machine.
7. One operator handles insulation strip clamping at the rear section of the A-side knurling and insertion unit.
8. Knurling, strip insertion, and profile transfer are fully automated.
9. When profiles reach the composite machine feeding rack, the positioning baffle and pusher align them with the insulation strip before automatic feeding.
10. For special-shaped profiles with unstable positioning, minor manual assistance ensures smooth processing.
