Product Introduction
- The CNC Thermal Break Line features a split-level dual-station design that allows both sides of the aluminum profile to be processed without manual flipping. After the first side is knurled and the polyamide thermal strip is inserted, the profile is automatically transferred to the lower station for the second-side operation, ensuring continuous production and consistent quality.
- Only 2–3 operators are required to run the line. The automatic conveying system transfers profiles between each processing stage, while knurling, thermal strip insertion, buffering, and positioning are integrated into the automated workflow. Special-shaped profiles may require minor operator adjustment.
- Automatic lifting and positioning devices adapt to different profile sizes, ensuring precise alignment, stable operation, and efficient production.
- The knurling machine prepares aluminum profile grooves for polyamide thermal strips, while the PLC-controlled rolling machine securely locks the profiles and strips to produce high-strength thermal break profiles.
