Automated Conveying Process
Thermal Break Profile Knurling, Strip Insertion & Crimping Integrated Production Line
After aluminum profiles finish discharging, the photoelectric sensor sends a trigger signal to the control system. The solenoid valve drives the lift cylinder to lift the transfer conveyor and shift profiles to the cross conveyor. Once material transfer completes, the cylinder retracts and the conveyor resets automatically.
When profiles arrive at the horizontal conveyor, sensors identify the material and feed it straight to subsequent working stations. Operators can also turn on jog mode to neatly position profiles on the belt, adapting to various feeding setups.
