Knurling quality directly affects the final product's transverse shear strength, increasing the contact area and mechanical interlocking force between the profile and strip for subsequent lamination.
Strip Inserting
Guided by special gears or guide wheels, the thermal insulation strip is accurately inserted into the aluminum profile's pre-machined slots, realizing precise positioning and preparing for the final roll-forming composite process.
