Thermal Break Strip Insertion Machine
The machine creates serrated grooves on the inner surfaces of thermal break aluminum profiles, improving mechanical grip between aluminum profiles and thermal strips.
A pneumatic clamping device enables simultaneous knurling and strip insertion, combining both processes in one operation.
The 5-axis Thermal Break Knurling Machine features a fixed left column and an electronically controlled bidirectional right column. The knurling cutter and fixture support electronic height adjustment. Adjustable column width allows processing of various profile designs, including special-shaped, stepped, and offset profiles.
The machine automatically detects, clamps, and releases strips. One-click reset simplifies profile changeover and maintains stable automatic operation.
