Aluminum profile processing encompasses the entire process from raw material to finished product. Different stages of the process correspond to different equipment. Common equipment can be categorized by processing stage:
Raw Material Preparation Stage: Extrusion Molding Equipment
This type of equipment is the core of aluminum profile production, used to process aluminum ingots into basic profiles.
Aluminum Extrusion Press
Purpose: It is the core equipment for the plastic forming of aluminum profiles, producing aluminum alloy tubes, rods, and profiles through extrusion. Large-tonnage equipment can meet the production needs of large profiles in the aerospace and rail transportation fields. Currently, China has the world's largest aluminum extrusion press with an extrusion force of 235 MNY (8500 tons), capable of producing integrated large profiles with a width of 1.1 meters.
Specialized Processing Equipment for Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows
This is the most common processing equipment for aluminum profiles in the civil construction field, covering all processes of door and window production:
Cutting Equipment
Including CNC double-head precision cutting saws, fully automatic corner code saws, aluminum profile cutting machines, etc., used to cut aluminum profiles to the precise lengths required for door and window production. High-precision cutting ensures the accuracy of door and window splicing. Corner assembly equipment, including pneumatic corner assembly machines and CNC multi-head corner assembly machines, is used for connecting the corners of aluminum alloy doors and windows, splicing and fixing cut profiles into a complete frame and sash structure.
End face milling machines are specifically designed for processing the end faces, stepped surfaces, and end face grooves of aluminum profiles. They support milling at any angle from 30° to 90° and can process multiple profiles at once, making them specialized equipment for processing the end faces of aluminum door and window profiles.
