Thermal Break Rolling Crimping Machine for Aluminum Profiles
The machine is used to combine aluminum profiles with thermal insulation strips after strip insertion. It applies controlled rolling pressure to the aluminum profile, securing the insulation strip in the profile and achieving the required connection strength.
As shown in the figure, the insulation strip is positioned inside the aluminum profile before rolling. The CNC 22-axis rolling crimping machine controls the rolling positions and pressure according to the preset machining parameters. Profile and process data can be stored in the computer system and used again for the same profile, eliminating repeated manual adjustments.
After the profile data is loaded, the machine can complete the rolling crimping process automatically in one operation.
