The core function of thermal break aluminum profile insertion equipment is to produce thermally broken aluminum profiles, realizing the thermal break function of the aluminum profiles and ultimately improving the thermal insulation and energy-saving performance of thermal break aluminum doors and windows.
It is the core equipment of the "insertion strip" production process for thermal break aluminum profiles, and its specific functions can be divided into several steps:
Groogging Pre-treatment: Grooves are cut and grooved in the thermal break area of the aluminum profile to increase the roughness of the grooves, improve the interlocking force between the thermal break strip and the aluminum profile, and prevent later detachment and displacement.
Strip Lamination:PA66 nylon thermal break strips are automatically inserted into the grooves of the pre-grooved aluminum profiles, connecting the originally independent inner and outer aluminum profiles into a whole, forming a "thermal bridge" to block metal heat conduction.
Compaction and Fixing: Some equipment is equipped with a rolling and compacting mechanism to roll and compact the profile with the thermal break strip inserted, ensuring a tight fit between the aluminum material and the thermal break strip, and guaranteeing the stability and verticality of the overall structure.
The thermally broken aluminum profiles processed by this equipment can effectively block the exchange of heat between indoors and outdoors: in winter, it can reduce heat loss by about 1/3, and in summer, it can reduce the loss of air conditioning energy. While ensuring the strength of the profiles, it can also give thermally broken aluminum doors and windows waterproof, anti-condensation, sound insulation and noise reduction properties.
