The essential maintenance items for aluminum alloy strip threading equipment can be divided into five major systems, each of which is a core component ensuring the accuracy and safety of the equipment:
1. Deep Maintenance of the Transmission System
This is a core essential item to ensure processing accuracy: Thoroughly clean residual old oil and profile debris from moving parts such as guide rails, cylinders, and drive shafts; check the wear degree of components; and refill with appropriate lubricating oil. If the guide rails show wear and scratches, they need to be ground and repaired in time; components with excessive wear should be replaced directly.
2. Comprehensive Inspection of the Pneumatic System
The strip threading equipment relies on pneumatic power. This item must be done: Disassemble and clean the air pipelines and solenoid valves to remove accumulated water and impurities; replace the air compressor intake filter; check all air pipe joints and seals for aging and leaks; and readjust the air pressure to the standard range to avoid unstable power during operation.
3. Precision and Tightening Calibration:
Long-term vibration can cause components to loosen, making precision assurance a crucial step. Tighten all connecting screws on all parts of the equipment, recalibrate the overall level of the equipment using a level, and check and adjust the precision of the strip gaps to prevent misalignment and dimensional deviations in later production.
4. Electrical System Safety Inspection:
This is essential for preventing accidents. Thoroughly clean the dust inside the electrical control cabinet, use a megohmmeter to test the insulation performance of power cords, solenoid valves, and other electrical components, replace aged or cracked wires, retighten terminal blocks, check for short circuits and leakage hazards, and keep the electrical control cabinet dry and clean.
5. Power System Cooling Inspection:
This is indispensable for high-temperature operation in summer. Clean dust from the motor and hydraulic oil station heat sinks, check the motor operating temperature, replace hydraulic oil if necessary, and ensure the cooling system functions properly to prevent overheating and shutdown of power components during production.
